Community Service Opportunity

Homeschoolers what are you doing to better your community and the environment?  The Friends of Hunting Island State Park are asking members of our community to help keep the park, beach and trails clean during their annual Beach Sweep. Check out the information below and see if you can come out and lend a hand!  If you are a member of Cub or Boy Scout, Daisy, Brownie Girl Scout, Keepers of the Faith, Heritage Girls, 4H or another similar organization, participating in this event will go toward work on a badge dealing with the environment, ecology or another badge or a science project for school.
